What are your hours?
Our office is open M-F from 8am-5pm but we will do work after hours and on Saturday. We will always work with you to find the best time to get the work done. We can even break up the work across a few days.
Where are you located?
Reliable Floor Care is a locally owned company with 3 locations throughout the Milwaukee and Madison areas in Wisconsin.
Were you called Bluegreen previously?
Yes, Bluegreen is still our Residential division. We created Reliable as a separate Commercial division in 2021. Bluegreen and Reliable are still owned by the same people.
Do you provide free estimates?
Yes, you can contact us today for a free estimate.
Does someone have to be onsite for the cleaning?
No, we just need access to your facility and a way to lock up when we are done.
Are your technicians background checked?
Yes, all of our technicians are background checked, drug tested and fully trained to give you the best experience possible.
Do we need to move furniture?
Yes. To get the best results, we recommend removing furniture from the rooms you want cleaned if you want them cleaned under. Small items can be moved by our crews but will not move file cabinets, conference room tables, bookcases, lobby furniture and large pieces of furniture.
When can I walk on my floors?
Every type of cleaning and sealing product has a different time frame. We will go over the specifics for you before we schedule your appointment.
