Commercial Carpet Cleaning

This depends on the amount of traffic through the facility. This also dictates the type of cleaning that should be used. At bare minimum, carpets should be hot water extracted at least once a year.

• Low moisture and hot water extraction are the two basic methods of cleaning carpets. Low moisture is used to remove surface level soiling before it gets ground-in to the carpet fibers. Hot water extraction utilizes high heat and high pressure to thoroughly rinse and clean out the carpeting at a deep level.
• If the two are used in unison, you can keep your carpets looking great year-round and help extend the life of the carpeting.

We cannot guarantee that we will remove all carpet spots or stains. There are substances that can permanently discolor the carpet fibers. The age of the carpet and the type of carpet fibers also plays a factor in this. The technician will try to determine if this is the case prior to cleaning but they are not always able to determine this before trying to remove the spots. 

To get the best results, we recommend removing furniture from the rooms you want cleaned if you want them cleaned under. Small items will be moved by our crews but will not move file cabinets, conference room tables, bookcases, lobby furniture and large pieces of furniture.

• Low moisture cleaning around an hour or less
• Hot water extraction can be 3-5 hours, potentially more, but this is dependent on the air flow in the business (i.e. AC/Heating usage) and the humidity outside. Ideally, we would recommend that you keep the HVAC system running to help circulate air and keep the space at a normal temperature.

Some spots may reappear because they are wicking back from the carpet backing or deeper in the carpet fibers. If this happens, just call us and we will come clean them again free of charge.
